Great location. View from the grand view room was worth the price. These rooms are old and needs maintenance. Bathroom needs exhaust fan. Shower cubicle should have tap too. Room is fairly big. Furniture is old. Hotel has beautiful landscape. Bonsai collection is fantastic. Food was ok. Breakfast sumptuous. Dinner on the terrace was a wonderful experience. Unfortunately staff is totally untrained and unsmiling. Needs intense training about hospitality. Serving took long time and no supervisor was present during dinner to whom we can complain. For both days of our stay, for high tea, panipuri was served. Needs variety.

it is not a 5 star property,it isn't even a half star property.the road to it is terrible,it's not a pukka road with zero network connectivity.Upon reaching there, theain gate is locked with no helper or personnel there to attend the guest.We almost thought that we reached the wrong place.The rooms are dark and dingy with terrible interior and substandard infrastructure. We reached there with two kids and had serious security concerns.

This is luxurious place.. peaceful environment.. property is very good and utility at most.. personal swimming pool is good and ensure privacy.. food is good. location on mount and near Lake give nature touch. Overall this place is worth ful.

The Property Location is very good with Lake Views on each room. The Property has Infinity pool and jacuzzi overlooking the lake. The rooms are of good size with shared Balcony which is very nice. Food was not that great and service also was Ok. There were no non vegetarian options in Breakfast and also even if we went during assigned time of Breakfast Eggs were not available which was little disappointing. Also they did not provide extra blanket for kids when asked. Overall experience was good

They are charging on food like seven star property, and food quality is like Dhaba, they give only 2 bottle of bislery and if you want they force fully serve you Himalaya glass bottle which cost 300/- per bottle I would suggest not to book this property it’s not value for money.

Property is at a very good location overlooking serene lake on three sides. Very well maintained. Staff was helpful and courteous. Electric carts were available 24x7 to move around within property. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Food was good. Breakfast could have been better in terms of varieties. Overall very comfortable and peaceful stay.
